WHY Kochi
Kochi is known as the financial, commercial and industrial capital of Kerala. Kochi is one of the 28 Indian cities that has emerged as 440 global cities that will contribute 50% of the worlds GDP by the year 2025 and the topmost emerging future mega city in India. ISC is considered to be the focal-point to cater customers across Kerala. Kochi being the CenterPoint of Kerala, has a geographical advantage for connectivity and delivery of goods and services besides all other factors.
WHY Kerala
As part of “Mission-2030”, we have plans to come up with similar projects in all the major metro cities of the Country (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi….). As a stepping stone, we have opted Kerala based on number of commendatory factors.
Mission 2030
“Mission 2030” is a benchmark set to complete FOUR ISC projects (Bangalore, Hyderbad, Chennai and Mumbai) and going for Initial Public Offer (IPO) in 2030. To accomplish this mission ISC has strategised a clear road map about its forthcoming projects after completion of ISC Kochi in 2024.
Our expansion plan will cover all the metro cities and Tier 2 cities of the country starting with Bangalore as the very next project destination. A TWO phase project launch is on cards i.e. Pre- and Post-IPO. Pre-IPO phase comprising of Tier 1 cities excluding Delhi, Kolkata and Pune. Post-IPO Phase covers all Tier-1 cities and gradually will spread our wings across all the Tier 2 cities of the country
